  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order received is wrong or defective.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot reach you or the delivery address is incorrect, your order may be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
