Return & Exchange Policy

At JUST, we offer inspection upon delivery so you can review your order before accepting it.

Please check the size, color, condition, and overall quality carefully at the time of delivery. Once the order is accepted and received, returns are no longer available.

Exchanges are accepted only if you receive a wrong item, wrong size or color, or a product with a clear manufacturing defect before use.

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with no signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may apply unless the issue is from our side.

Refunds are not available. Eligible cases are handled through exchange only.
