Refund policy

At JUST Menswear, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
• Free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of washing

Items that show any signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.

For exchanges, the requested size or item must be available in stock.
